Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

Locally made with hand picked wild Alberta raspberries 

After many months of fussing, we have the blend for this amazing infused vinegar down pat!

Using raspberries from our own Township 27 gardens, we have added 3 different vinegars and a touch of all natural panella sugar to this infusion.

The result is a tart, naturally sweet vinegar blend that can be added to so many things, or even sipped a bit of a time straight up! This one can be used anywhere you need a bit of acid in your cooking.

One of our test kitchen members even added that this could be used on its own as a vinaigrette for a salad, with nothing else added!

Ingredients: Red Wine Vinegar, Raspberries, White Balsamic Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, Panella Sugar
