Bittercube Trinity Bitters

In the land of 10,000 lakes, three is the magic number. At least that was the case when we originally blended Trinity for the house old fashioned at a Minneapolis restaurant. When word got out about these all-purpose bitters, the demand multiplied beyond the restaurant’s confines. While Trinity has roots in Minnesota, its calculated blend of Cherry Bark Vanilla, Orange and Bolivar is a nod to the Wisconsin old fashioned. When the triad above is united and rested, a unique variety of versatile, aromatic bitters comes to life, ready to take a myriad of cocktails to the next level. Each component in Trinity shares a common relative: Quassia Bark containing Quassin, one of Earth’s most bitter substances. Subtle citrus and floral aromas with complex notes of oak, dried fruits and vanilla offer depth to classics like the Gin & Tonic or Sidecar – plus pie filling and compote.
