Wild Muskoka Forest Fire Bitters

Forest Fire Bitters are made by hand harvesting cedar from the wildest of places in Muskoka. Next, a fire is started using the primitive technique of the cedar bow-drill. The fresh cedar leaf and branches are charred over the fire and then jarred and smother in bourbon.
