Kentucky Candy. Our number one pickled product, it is technically, and it goes great as a snack, on cream cheese, pitas, tacos and more. It's sweet and warm and our version really is a step up from the normal mass produced cowboy.
We use fresh jalapenos, and during the normal growing season, they come from Cadiz, KY from a friend who grows them for us. In most cases, it's picked to canned in less than 48 hours and we think it makes a difference.
Made by hand in 15 lb batches and packed tight for more jalapenos per fluid oz.
We are a newly certified food manufacturer, and although small, this product is something we can make year round, and the two of us managed over 18k jars last year.
