Another addition to our salt-free collection, our salt free lemon pepper is a home run!

The flavours build as you eat, in our signature Township 27 way. The flavour comes in layers, with tartness from the lemon first, then the roasted granulated garlic and granulated onion, then onto our signature 4 pepper blend, and finishing with the herbs. You won't miss the salt at all in this blend!

Unfortunately many blends that are mass produced contain "preservatives", "anti-clumping agents, (silicone dioxide, aka - sand!)", food coloring, "flavour enhancers" and other ingredients that just shouldn't be in there. You won't find anything but natural ingredients in our blends and pantry spices - as it should be!

Anyone who is a current customer of Township 27 will know - when you start using our products, start with a fraction of what you would normally use. This is because our products are as fresh, pure and clean, blended and packed by hand in glass jars to retain flavour for years. This lemon pepper is no exception - the flavours come fast in this blend, a little goes a long way!

Our Lemon Pepper blend is made with dried lemon peel, dried lemon powder, our Township 27 4 pepper blend, granulated roasted garlic, granulated onion, whole thyme, parsley, and a touch of natural citric acid for a bit of pucker power!
